I have had a blast at the EKKA this past week!

This past week I have been in the Woolworths pavilion inspiring Ekka crowds with lots of foodie inspiration.

During the Ekka week 2022 I have been on site every day show casing delicious produce from many of our exhibitors.

We have had Denis Conroy from JBS @jbs, bringing us awesome chefs from all over Brisbane pubs The Alliance Hotel & The Regatta just to name a few.

Showing us how to cook delicious steaks from Aussiebeef Powered by JBS.
We have had super fresh delicious seafood from Harris FarmΒ  Markets at WestEnd Brisbane with the very talented PJ from Fish In The Family carving up huge salmon & king fish on stage.

He also left us the most delicious barramundi, calamari & green prawns that I had the absolute pleasure of cooking up a very tasty poke bowl & paella on stage for all our Ekka folk to enjoy.
