I was honoured to be booked by a couple of my friends to help celebrate a piazza area they had just completed in their home for an Italian 🇮🇹 Inspired Cooking Class

Lovely Tina had recently been to a trip to Italy where she had taken this magnificent photo & had hanging on the wall where we had our class.
Tina also put together a delightful Italian music playlist along with rolling pictures on the TV of Italy.
The vibe was totally set ❤️ for her friends & family to arrive ✅

After a little bit of prior planning by Tina & myself we managed to put together the perfect menu 🇮🇹
We were a cheeky bunch so the jokes, fun & laughter were flying high.
It’s so beautiful to be involved in an event like this when a team of people have a vision and all work together to makes dreams become real 🇮🇹❤️👩‍🍳🎉
We all worked hard to learn new skills.
Prepare all the dishes for service then we all set the scene of the piazza along with a bowl of homegrown lemons to top of the affair.
A brilliant time was had by all!
We managed to stir the souls of everyone with the vibe, food & flavours of a home cooked meal made with so much love – that my friends is what bespoke cooking is all about ❤️💚
