Cooking Demonstration for Fish in the Family

Last Sunday, October 9th, I was booked to showcase all of the delicious seafood from Fish in the Family at their new location in Harris Farm Markets in Clayfield.

I had the pleasure of preparing delectable seafood for the customers in store to try.

The first cooking demonstration began with mussels in onion and garlic with house-made pesto and a delicious tomato concasse sauce.

I love working with Fish in the Family – a family owned business that’s been operating since 1976. They’ve recently expanded beyond Sydney and I am sooo grateful to have their delicious fresh produce available to us here in Brisbane.
