Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
Dry Ingredients
- 4 cups grated carrot
- 2 cups apple or banana
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup cinnamon
- 4 cups S/R flour
- ⅓ cup organic cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
Method
1. Mix wet ingredients together
2. Mix dry ingredients together
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine.
4. Transfer to a lined muffin tray.
5. Bake at 160 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
