Ingredients
- 6 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bulb of turmeric
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil spray
- 2 liters beef stock
Method
- Slice onions, zest garlic and turmeric
- Heat oil and add sliced onions, zested garlic, and turmeric
- Add bay leaves, salt, and pepper
- Brown until soft
- Add beef stock and reduce
- Adjust seasoning and serve with crusty cheesy bread.
