What an absolute delight it was to represent V2 on-stage at this years Good Food and Wine Show! I had the best seat in the house presenting and doing cooking demonstrations on the small stage – just across from the main stage!
V2 is 100% plant-based but cooks, looks and tastes like meat!

I had a JANTASTIC time!
Not only did I get to cook for the show goers, I also got to meet and learn from some great celebrity Chefs!
There was such a great lineup including:
- Miguel Maestre
- Brendan Pang
- Matt Moran
- Justine Schofield
- Silvia Colloca
- Sammy Jakubiak
Miguel had me in stitches laughing for three shows! I even won some of his ramekins which made my day 🎉
I also had the pleasure of meeting the amazing dumpling king Brendan Pang! I’ve bought his book and will give it a crack (watch this space for some dumpling action!) – thank you Brendan, for all your inspiration 🙏
I ran into loads of foodie friends and a few ‘blast from the pasts’!
